Timeless Tulips



This is a pretty and easy birthday card with the Timeless Tulips bundle and Scripty 3D embossing folder. The Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle ribbon colors nicely with the Stampin'Blends alcohol markers. This makes the ribbon very versatile! The larger whisper white layer is 5 1/4 x 4 and embossed. The inner layers are: Flirty Flamingo 4 1/4 x 3 1/4, whisper white is 4 x 3.
